Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Beijing Time (UTC+8). We are closed on weekends.
Orders received during business hours are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays are processed when we resume work.
Free Standard Shipping
Our primary shipping carrier is YunExpress. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will provide your tracking information. You can follow your shipment’s progress through the YunExpress tracking website.
Tracking updates depend on when the carrier scans and processes your parcel.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available only for certain destinations.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm whether an express service is available for your location, along with the estimated delivery time and any additional shipping charges.
Destinations Outside YunExpress Coverage
If YunExpress cannot deliver to your address, we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative shipment through China Post.
Delivery through China Post may take approximately 30–45 days after dispatch.
If this longer delivery timeframe does not work for you, please contact us before the alternative shipment is dispatched. We will cancel your order and arrange a full refund.
